If you know anything about Lean manufacturing, you know that it is a journey, not a destination. 

In 2006, Eifel Inc., along with about twenty other small businesses in Michigan, received a grant to attend Lean Champion Certification training through the MEDC and Henry Ford Community College.  This certification has proved to be incredibly beneficial to us.
